Welcome, friend

Join me to center what is most important to you.

Maybe, like me, you’ve noticed - the world is missing a beat on what children really need right now. With good intentions, we blindly speed - making unintentional trade-offs that deprive children of essential things that develop empathy, perseverance, passion, belonging, joy and connection. Modern life often floods out our inner voice with the distractions of everyday life.

My goal is to provide resources that help us re-center ourselves and support us in being who our children and the world need us to be right now.

3 Week Class (July 18, 25, Aug 1)

Enter summer ☀️ - a season that promises more availability, spaciousness, and connection.

Join me in to dive into presence in mothering and to clear away (or, to find harmony with) what gets in our way. Together, we will go through a process to add practices and tools that deepen our connections, bring lightness, and open ourselves to being who our children and the world need us to be right now. 💜

Facing a challenge?

60 minute session
Dedicated attention to the tiniest or biggest challenges, longings and celebrations in your world. I keep you company - I listen, witness, reflect and offer invitations to get curious and explore your deep inner knowing.

Each session will provide one small action  to do, centered on what matters to you. 💫

about me

I am a person who deeply honors childhood and the power of motherhood, families and schools. I am here to hold space for what is deeply important to us. I believe children are sacred and I am pushing back against a world that is a little absurd right now. My work is to prioritize being the grownups children really need and I like making spaces for families to dream. ;)

My credentials are in school policy, and my background is in serving families and children through programming in classrooms and out-of-school time. I have co-created The Community School, Lake Cypress Camp, Happy Little Days, and the Sandbox Playspace. My parenting work is inspired by my observations, everyday research, and reflections, as well as my training as a Simplicity Parenting Family Life Coach and Soul of Discipline facilitator. I am devoted to advocating for children.

I am a mother of Jackson (13) and Max (11). These days, you will mostly find me filling water bottles and tossing filthy baseball pants into the washing machine. 😉
